Recommended serving to be taken per day

Package contains 2 x 30 capsules (30 Synbio Complex capsules and 30 Triphala Booster capsules) for a month of regular supplementation.

Adults: 1 capsule of Synbio Complex and 1 capsule of Triphala Booster, taken in the evening, after the last meal.

Remember: do not divide, bite or chew the capsules! Take them whole, drinking water.
